Musician / Vocalist Assignment Agreement

This Musician / Vocalist Assignment Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Sextronica ("Company"), and _______________________("Musician / Vocalist").

Grant

Musician / Vocalist has performed or recorded performance (s) for the Company in conjunction with the Company recording under the titles: to be determined at a later time.

In consideration of the payments provided in this Agreement, Musician / Vocalist assigns all rights, including all rights under copyright law, in the recorded performance to the Company, its assigns, licensees or successors and grants the right to use the recorded performance for any purposes and in all forms and media and waives any claim to moral rights.

Payment

Company shall pay Musician / Vocalist as follows: $ 0.01.  (Ah heck, I just have to put something down.)

Warranty & Release

Musician / Vocalist has the authority to grant the rights under this Agreement and Musician / Vocalist releases Company and Company's assigns, licensees and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of the performance including any claims of infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity or copyright. Company is permitted, although not obligated, to include Musician's / Vocalist's name as a credit in connection with the performance.

Company is not obligated to utilize any of the rights granted in this Agreement.

Musician / Vocalist has read and understood this agreement and is over the age of 18. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties.
